Coaches:
Download the tariff sheet templates.
Watch the training videos and start creating your tariff sheets. Upload them and get the process rolling for our mock meet on February 9th!
Judges:
Verify you have access to the OTSM. Check the meet requirement timeline to verify judging assignments.
Meet Directors
Verify that your meet is listed on the meet requirement timeline.
What’s New:
July 17th, 2010
The OTSM is now closed for tariff sheet submittal and changes.
Deadlines:All Tariff Sheets must be uploaded by Monday, July 12th. Each Tariff Sheet not submitted by this date will receive a $20 late fee. New or Revised Tariff sheets not submitted by Friday, July 16th, will receive a loss of difficulty.
Tariff Sheet Review:This year, the judges review of the tariff sheets will occur at nationals on Friday, July 23rd.
Coaches: Please note that tariff sheets submitted, must be accurate and possibly needing only minor changes. If you have a question about your tariff sheets, please have them reviewed prior to uploading.
Judges will review their findings with coaches on Saturday, July 24th. Major revisions if necessary, must be submitted, within 1 hour of review. Please bring your own computer and USB drive so that you can make revisions, save on a USB drive and print using a printer available at the competition. Minor changes can be made using the minor change form per the code of points.

Coaches: Please participate in the Virtual Mock meet by creating some sample tariff sheets for your team and then uploading them to the OTSM. The deadline has been removed so that we all can participate. Also, a symbol library and common images is available for download: Download here.
Judges: Please log in to the OTSM and review the tariff sheets. Please send your comments to the meet referees, who will then send your comments to the coaches.
Meet Directors: Please log into the OTSM and print a few tariff sheets, to get prepared for your meet.
Skills Testing: Tariff Sheets for Skills Testing will be submitted online. Please include the words “skillstesting” in the file name in place of the meet host name.

Check out the new FAQ/TIPS page for the latest information. Also, there are new versions of the L6WG, L6MG and optional tariff sheets to download which corrected errors. They are now Rev B .
Remember that the Mock meet is on February 9th!

Thanks to all who attended the Super Clinic in Tampa last weekend! Based on feedback, meet referees’s will be sending tariff sheets comments to the coach by email rather than using the tariff sheet review form. See the Uploading and Uploading, Reviewing and Revising Tariff Sheet instruction for more details.

Pease acquaint yourself with the web site. The navigator bar at the top divides the information by the roles we have: Coaches, Judges, Meet Directors and Regional Chairs. In addition there is a page to download tariff sheets, a link to the online tariff sheet manager and a tab for resources.
Also, check in on the things to do section to the right on a regular basis, to help insure we are up and running!
As we roll this out, we want each regional committee to be trained and capable in helping you with any questions you might have. Please work with your committee chairs and ask for help.
